From the town of bologna comes this rich hearty meat sauce with ground sirloin, veal, carrots, celery and plum tomatoes with a touch of cream.

Fettucine noodles, strips of char-grilled chicken breast, roasted plum tomatoes, tricolor peppers with extra virgin olive oil, garlic and a touch of chicken broth with fresh sage.
